These terms govern use of AslTime's desktop tracker and web dashboard.
01 · Acceptance
Acceptance
By creating an account or using AslTime, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
02 · Accounts & organizations
Accounts and organizations
One account can belong to multiple organizations with different roles. You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account credentials.
03 · Subscriptions & billing
Subscriptions and billing
- Plans are billed per seat, monthly or annually.
- Every plan includes a 14-day free trial — no card required.
- Cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Seat count is synced to active organization members and billed accordingly.
04 · Acceptable use
Acceptable use
You must not use AslTime to violate applicable law or another person's rights. In particular:
- You must inform the people you track that they're being tracked and have a lawful basis to do so — this is a condition of using AslTime, not a suggestion.
- You may not attempt to circumvent the tracking indicator, consent notice, or audit logging.
- You may not use the service to store or process data you don't have the right to collect.
05 · Your data
Customer data ownership
Your organization owns the data it generates in AslTime. You can export it as CSV at any time, and it's deleted after termination subject to the export window described in the privacy policy.
06 · Our IP
Our intellectual property
AslTime's software, branding, and documentation are owned by us and licensed to you for use with the service — not sold.
07 · Disclaimers
Disclaimers
AslTime is provided "as is." We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we disclaim warranties not expressly stated here to the extent permitted by law.
08 · Limitation of liability
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from these terms or your use of AslTime is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
09 · Termination
Termination
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use.
10 · Governing law
Governing law
These terms are governed by the courts of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
