What happens after my trial ends?
You'll be asked to add a payment method to keep the organization active. Nothing is charged automatically without one.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing; your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period.
What happens when I add or remove seats?
Seat count is synced to active members and billing is prorated for the rest of the current period.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing is charged once per year at 10 months' worth of the monthly price — two months free.
